Organization Description:
For more than eighty years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater
Twin Cities (BBBS) has been matching kids ages 7-13, primarily from
single-parent households, with caring adult volunteers to help them
achieve their full potential. Our goal is to build long-term
one-to-one relationships. We maintain high quality standards of
screening, training, matching and supervision of volunteers. The
agency serves the community through a professionally trained and
experienced staff and a committed Board of Directors. BBBS services
cover 11 counties in the Greater Twin Cities area. Our agency offers a
variety of programming options in order to accommodate the needs of
the community we serve.
